Overview

Accounting was locked to a single Tally desktop with manual GST reconciliation and slow collections. Shyphan AI migrated the business to Zoho Books with GST setup, bank feeds, automated reminders and branch-wise reporting.

Challenge

The accounts team worked on one Tally machine in the head office. Owners waited for reports, branch managers had no view of receivables and GSTR-2B reconciliation was done by hand every month.

Sales quotes were retyped into Tally as invoices, payment reminders went out when someone remembered, and the accountant was worried about losing history in a migration.

Zoho Books was configured for multiple branches and GSTINs, with e-invoicing, e-way bills, bank feeds and automated reminders, and connected to Zoho CRM so quotes become invoices without re-entry.
