Zoho One Rollout for a Consulting Firm

Overview

A consulting firm managed engagements, timesheets and billing in email and spreadsheets and lost billable hours every month. Shyphan AI rolled out Zoho CRM, Projects, People and Books under Zoho One, connected end to end.

Challenge

Partners tracked proposals in email, consultants logged time from memory at month-end and invoices were prepared in spreadsheets from whatever hours were recalled. Retainers renewed late and receivables were reviewed only when cash got tight.

HR ran on separate files for leave and attendance, and there was no way to see utilisation or profitability by client.

Solution

We implemented Zoho One in phases: CRM for proposals and account management, Projects for engagements and timesheets, People for attendance and leave, and Books for retainer and time-based billing with GST.

Won deals now create projects with the right template automatically, approved timesheets become invoices, and partner dashboards show revenue, work in progress and receivables by client.
